Analysis: I don't expect to need to post this obnoxiously long team name too often in medal results. Although Canada Skeleton is the top team in their sport, I am pretty sure manager Joy Sadaly made that pick because Skeleton is a really cool sounding event. Russia Biathlon, though a solid squad, is hardly dominant and probably would have been there in Round 4. Speaking of Round 4, China Speed Skating is a head-scratcher there. Switzerland Alpine is a solid bet for some points in Round 3.
While Olympic Ring... got back on track with mid-round picks of Canada Snowboarding and Czech Cross Country, they quickly lost their way again. Perhaps this manager should have spent less time thinking of a long team name and more time choosing a curling team that's actually competing at Vancouver.
