Analysis: Austria Alpine Skiing is a huge first round pick, my top team on the entire board. After the Lindsey Vonn injury they're capable of getting over 100 fantasy points and will surely get 75. Austria Ski Jumping is the top team in their sport and a near lock for the team gold.
I think manager Brittany B. was looking through red, white, and blue glasses with the remainder of her top five picks - USA Bobsleigh, USA Short Track Speed Skating and USA Nordic Combined. But she recovered with the top draft of any team from picks 6 through 15 - particularly Korea Speed Skating in round 7, Germany Figure Skating in round 12, and, in my pick for steal of the draft, Poland Cross Country Skiing in round 10. Overall, a strong and deep team that could take the title if there are some upsets in hockey.
